THE RATES

Day rate - £225
Half Day - £120
Hourly Rate - £25 per hour

Above are the day/half day and hourly rates for the studio. My days are 10 hours, half day is 5 hours, and you can also book by the hour - minimum three hours. The day can start at whatever time you want, although obviously you need to turn up at that time, as that will be when you start paying! I can do longer days, but that will be charged at the hourly rate after 10 hours i.e £225 per day, plus £25 per hour after 10 hours.

WHAT THE RATES INCLUDE
*All rates include VAT
*Me as the engineer (unless otherwise specified)
*All cd and DVD copies - I do however strongly advise you to buy your own hard drive, especially if you're recording at a high sample rate. A 1tb drive will cost you around £80, and even if you're not making an album, it's a good way to keep all your audio in case you want to re-mix, or add to it later.
*The piano will be in tune, but I can arrange a tunning before your session if required (I won't charge you any more than it cost me to tune!)
*Please see my gear list page for the studio's equipment, I do have access to further euipment, subject to availablility and possibley a hire charge. Drop me a line for more info.
*Dry hire can be arranged - please call
*and of course, tea and coffee are completely free of charge!

ABOUT THE RATES
The above rates are for single day or less studio hire. If you want to book the studio for 5 days or longer, I'm happy to discuss a discount for block booking. However, if you do block book, I will need to take a non-refundable deposit. I don't particularly like doing this, but needs must. As this is my job, and I need to eat, please also note that I will need
7 days notice to cancel a session, depending on the type of booking. Thanks for your understanding on this matter!! If you are a company, please call to discuss terms.

*I do not master anything recorded here. In truth, I never think it's a great idea to master in the same studio you record in. It's much better to get a different perspective. I do, however, have a great relationship with a quality mastering suite, with favourable rates
